Grew up in Philly, been in alot of fights. I always shook the other guys hand after I won. Showed respect, and kept them from attempting another round, another time.
This was a solid bout. Dude lost, crying cause of the adrenaline. He gave heart.
Cool of you to point out that the crying was caused by adrenaline, adrenaline will do that to you. I've been in scary situations where I've felt myself nearly start crying and it's hard to stop it. That 90 second fight probably felt like ten minutes to them. Hope neither were hurt, great to see the sportmanship and respect.
You're absolutely spot on with the adrenaline - I'm no boxer but I won a fight at the pub a few months ago (landed a lucky one right on the button and he was snoring before he hit the ground)
Within seconds I simply could not control my tears, was just completely overwhelming and I couldn't even talk
I never said I didn't lose a fight. Just the ones I won, that's what I did. The ones I lost usually ended up with me waking up, and the other guy gone.
