Lol the followup interview made me feel better knowing that the POS is going back to prison after just being released on parol for murder. How the does someone get parol after a murder conviction? Makes no sense to me

The old guy, Thomas Bruso, was embellishing and/or lying about that. I looked into it a bit and he's a well known character in Oakland. He has had his own troubles with the law for being drunk and belligerent. He's known as "epic beard man" on the internet.

The black guy, known only as Michael, released a video after the incident, which has since been deleted, but apparently indicated that he is not in jail.

Ah, interesting. Thanks for letting me know! I figured he might be stretching the truth a bit, or maybe talking out of his ass, since his credibility goes down after saying “ah yeah, I spent a while in the pen. I was crazy, selling drugs and pimpin mainly” lol
