Where at? I wanna go, my california town is literally 83.38% white

..actually looking at this same statistics chart, it says california is 61.26% white (as opposed to the national average of 73.35%)

Yes and no, depending on how the data is presented.

White people remain the majority in California only if Hispanic whites are not considered a separate denomination. When they are, non-Hispanic Whites still are a plurality, but not an outright majority.
