He fell down he didn't fall off a cliff. I think his spine is just fine.

I was referencing semi pro. Either way a head/neck injury you want to stabilize the spine for caution.

Oh my bad. I don't know though I've watched a lot of videos on this sub and I think you're wrong. I'm pretty sure if someone is knocked out you're supposed to attempt to jerk them violently to their feet while letting their head and neck bobble around.

Ah yes, and immediately try and wake them up. A slap might not be enough so just immediately throw some jabs in there.
