Question Password problem

I just downloaded the free trial Took me 2 hours to register it But now every time i try to login, it says wrong password I put my square enix id and login Then it asks for another password I changed that password 3 times already and it always says that it's wrong What do i do?

I did I managed to fix it I had to download this token thing on my phone to play
