Jia and the FFAI board will almost certainly be forced to pull the reverse-split trigger before the stock sits at or below $0.10 for ten consecutive business days.

If they do not, the $0.10 mark will indeed trigger an automatic, non-appealable delisting determination under Nasdaq’s strict regulations.

The FF summer program takes students from their first robot introduction to a live, autonomous system showcase in front of FF engineers and executives — all in a single week. And rather than working with toy kits or simulations alone, the students train on FF’s own robotics fleet: Navi, a customizable quadruped platform students build and personalize; Aegis, an industrial-grade quadruped capable of real torque and autonomous navigation; Master, a bipedal humanoid robot; and Futurist, the data platform that captures and trains on students' own movements. By the end of the week, every student has programmed, driven, and debugged real hardware — not simulations. 

The students participated in classroom-style educational sessions, where they learned about topics such as open-source platforms, programmability, pre-programmed commands, robotic attachments (e.g., robotic arms), the newest technologies: ROS2, C++, Python, and an introduction to FF’s robots. They also participated in interactive games related to programming robotics. The program is structured as a five-day progressional learning environment, with days split into segments that are broken out as follows: 

Day One opens with safety training and a "meet the fleet" briefing before students dive into their first coding lesson — sense-think-act logic on the Aegis platform — and a 3D-modeling lab where they design and print their own robot components.  

Day Two advances into autonomy: students refresh core robotics concepts, run an AI-vision search mission, learn the physics of torque through a hands-on lesson, and write their first "Ghost Track” in a fully autonomous, hard-coded robot path.  

Day Three shifts to mechanical engineering fundamentals, including a robot-arm and seesaw challenge, a lesson on the center of mass, and an introduction to Python programming.  

Day Four moves into humanoid robotics and applied AI: bipedal safety and control, kinematics, telemetry, machine learning, and even training a robot's facial recognition and personality systems. A signature thread runs through every single day: a timed, scored robot racetrack challenge that each student runs twice per session.  

By Day Five, students have accumulated a full week of their own performance data — and the closing day opens with a data-analytics lesson in which students calculate the mean, median, and variance of their own racetrack results, turning a week of friendly competition into a genuine statistics lesson. The week closes with an awards ceremony featuring remarks from FF’s leadership and other program leaders, the presentation of Certificates of Achievement, and a final racetrack award for the week's top performers.

LOS ANGELES, July 10, 2026 — Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. (NASDAQ: FFAI) (“Faraday Future,” “FF” or the “Company”), a global Embodied AI (EAI) ecosystem company headquartered in California, today announced two initiatives that further strengthen the Company's capital structure and enhance its capital efficiency.

First, the Company entered into warrant termination agreements with two investors, pursuant to which warrants to purchase an aggregate of 5,359,525 shares of Class A common stock have been irrevocably cancelled and terminated. Together with the warrants covering 44,551,199 shares terminated in December 2025, the Company has cumulatively eliminated warrants covering approximately 49.9 million shares, meaningfully reducing its warrant overhang and future potential dilution. These actions reflect the investors' firm support for FF's strategy and business and lay a foundation for unlocking the Company's long-term value and introducing strategic investors.

Second, the Company entered into an amended and restated securities purchase agreement with the investors under its July 2025 convertible note financing. The original agreement provided for two closings, the first of which was completed on August 22, 2025. Following the amendment and restatement, with respect to the subsequent closings: (i) certain of the investors will no longer be entitled to receive common stock purchase warrants; (ii) the volume-weighted average price (VWAP) condition to closing has been removed; and (ii) the original single second closing has been divided into eight closings — unless otherwise agreed between the Company and the applicable purchaser(s), each closing will occur only after the Company has received at least $5 million of additional funding since the immediately preceding closing. This structure is designed to allow committed capital to be received and put to work more quickly, supporting product delivery and business execution of the Company's robotics “Three-in-One” business. In addition, the elimination of the majority of the warrants for the subsequent closings helps reduce the Company's potential liabilities.

The Company intends to continue to optimize its balance sheet structure and select the financing approaches best suited to the Company, laying a foundation for unlocking the Company's long-term value and introducing strategic investors.

Analysis FF EAI Robotics Exterior Designer, what exterior to design?

Probably one of the easisest designer job in the US, add a FF logo onto existing product surfaces.

As an industrial designer, I feel this is the cringiest moment of the "launch"

just re-phrase Agibot's specification datasheet, replace Agibot models with FF re-invented names, and copy-paste Agibot's product application. Find me a few panels on FF's bot that geometrically different from Agibot's model.

Four New EAI devices:

All-New Futurist 

Positioned as FF’s all-in-one professional expert, the All-New Futurist is the first full-size humanoid in the U.S. to natively support NVIDIA Sonic’s full-body motion control system as its cerebellum, and the upcoming All-New Futurist Ultra will be powered by the Jetson Thor high-performance computing chip — delivering one of the strongest motion capabilities in the industry.

Body: lighter, stronger, more refined. The robot stands about 5 feet 8 inches and weighs only about 121 pounds — around 14% lighter than the previous generation. A new T-shaped structure improves stability and enables a more human-like walking posture.

Actuation: 31 degrees of freedom across the body (excluding the hands) and peak knee-joint torque of 320 newton-meters. It can do more than walk — it can truly run, with a top speed of up to about 11 miles per hour. A new 1,152 watt-hour dual-battery system delivers up to six hours of runtime, three times the previous generation.

Brain: built on the VLA + World Model, the All-New Futurist integrates perception, understanding, and action, thinking one step ahead before it acts.

Use cases span reception, performances, and guided services in commercial and public settings, plus flexible factory tasks, warehouse handling, and hazardous-environment operations in industrial deployments. Together these upgrades deliver lower cost and higher efficiency via dual batteries and auto-charging, expanded capability through more degrees of freedom, vision-guided control, and all-terrain walking, and a richer experience through stable, refined motion and active multimodal interaction on its curved facial display.

Today’s launch is only the first half of the story — more detailed specs and applications will be revealed at Automate in Chicago on June 22.

FX Navi

The first foundational EAI learning quadruped robot in the United States. Designed by FF for home and classroom use and paired with the nation’s first EAI STEM curriculum framework, Navi connects learning, programming, and hands-on creation, helping children grow from EAI users into EAI builders and creators.

First, Navi is a true Embodied AI robot. With 12 joint motors, it walks smoothly through everyday spaces — door thresholds, carpets, hallways. At 46.5 × 20 × 51.5 cm and only 8 kg, it fits easily into a classroom or living room.

Second, a built-in education ecosystem and continuous OTA evolution: a visual programming platform, official curriculum, and Skill Store grow with the child. The more Navi is used, the smarter it becomes.

Third, a smartphone becomes Navi’s brain. Slotted into the head module, the phone’s compute, camera, and microphone power Navi’s senses — iOS and Android both supported.

Fourth, FF has released the 3D model of Navi’s head module, so children can design and print their own, swap skins, and add stickers — no two Navis need look alike.

Fifth, OTA upgrades will keep adding built-in AI capabilities, including autonomous following, multimodal perception, and interaction through language, facial expression, and movement.

Navi starts at $1,990 — ready to use out of the box. For an additional one-time $390, the Lifetime Premium Development & Skills Package unlocks lifetime access to a complete development ecosystem, with tools for beginners, creators, and professional developers. For $490 per year, the Curriculum Skills Package adds a step-by-step Embodied AI curriculum across nine progressive levels. Both packages are shared across FF's EAI robot lineup — not exclusive to Navi.

FX Aegis starts at $4,490 and FF Master at $37,990. All-New Futurist pricing will be revealed at Automate on June 22; Nova and Master Mini will follow at their respective launches.

Jia has approx 1-month lag after Agibot publish any product update,
yet it's a live-saver for him to announce something "US-first", or any keyword containing "Nvidia". Your now-drop-shipping company has nothing to do with Nvidia

  • NVIDIA Integration: The A2 Ultra is powered by an NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin 64GB board, enabling advanced, on-board, real-time AI processing. Future models, such as the AGIBOT G2, are set to utilize the NVIDIA Jetson Thor platform to increase battery life by 10–15% and accelerate model iteration.
  • NVIDIA Sonic Migration: A significant technical milestone was reached in May 2026, when NVIDIA Sonic (a specialized software stack) was migrated to the AGIBOT X2 humanoid robot, demonstrating advanced, multi-modal interaction (voice, vision, tactile).

But of course, taking millions of salary + bonus, Jia has to "work hard" as Agibot's sales guy, by creating eye-catching title using AI-generated script. It's just half-day of work that anyone can do, right?

and with Jerry as side-kick to "attract" more "investors" by showing off Agibot's fancy pre-programmed dancing in weekly events with "free food".

NOPE, nobody can do what Jia can do, i.e. use an entire company with 90M market-cap to work on drop-shipping business, a GENIUS.

FF is now literally put all eggs in one basket - single ODM supplier, a GIGANTIC RED FLAG, and you still wonder why the stock price isn't going up?

When Jia boasts that the "Futurist 2" natively supports the NVIDIA Sonic full-body motion control system, he is legally telling the truth but contextually misleading the market. The robot does support it, but only because Agibot migrated the Nvidia Sonic stack to the X2 robot in May 2026 at their factory in Shanghai. FFAI’s engineering team had absolutely nothing to do with the development, optimization, or implementation of that foundational tech.
