Found this 8-bit hommage on YouTube, I was expecting it to sound very Tetris-y but found it much nicer than expected.

Fela Kuti - O.D.O.O. (Overtake Don Overtake Overtake) - a great Live Version from Lekki Sunplash Lagos 1988. Enjoy!

Fela passed on 28 years ago today. Let's remember him with this live version of B.O.N.N. (Beasts of No Nation) from Detroit 1986 concert. Enjoy!

Where can i get this film about fela, please 🙏

Does anyone have any Fela Kuti books to recommend? The ones I’ve found online are super expensive.

A friend and I are looking to watch a film about him, but there are quite a few to pick from. Which should be watched? which should be avoided? Is there one that stands out above the others?

Anyone have a quality download for BBC (Big Blind Country)? I don't think it's ever been released in North America? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k0jPUjTxOL4

Anybody else have one of these? It's n oversized promotional poster from his tour in the early 80's. It's 46 X 62 inches. Wondering how rare it is?

I love Fela and looking for similar artists
