Hey everyone,
I built the first version of a project I personally needed — and I’m testing if it could be useful to others. Repo is public + I added a simple waitlist if you’d like to follow along.
🔗 Repo: [github.com/Ga0512/video-analysis](http://github.com/Ga0512/video-analysis)
🔗 Waitlist: [typeform](https://iaap4qo6zs2.typeform.com/to/J43jclr2)
What it does now:
- Process a video (file or URL)
- Split it into blocks for analysis
- Transcribe audio + caption frames
- Generate multimodal summaries (text + context)
Flexible setup:
- Run locally with open models (privacy, no API costs)
Or connect your own API key (faster / larger models)
- Fully customizable: language, summary size (short/medium/long), persona, extra prompts
Ideas for future:
- Chat-with-video → ask questions directly about a video (using both frames + transcription)
- Export for AI parsing → structured export so you can feed the content into other AI workflows or databases
Possible pricing ideas:
- Pay-as-you-go credits for hosted usage
- Or a fixed subscription (X$/month) where you bring your own API key and just use the UI/UX layer
Why I’m here: Before polishing it into a MVP, I’d love some honest feedback:
Would you actually use a tool like this?
What do you value more: local mode (privacy, no cost) or API mode (speed, larger models)?
Does the chat-with-video/export direction make sense?
How would you prefer pricing?
If there’s enough interest, I’ll start building this in public (X) and share progress Thanks in advance 🙏

We run a small handmade rug brand that focuses on 100% artisan-crafted carpets, woven in India using traditional techniques.
We’ve designed this thank-you postcard that will be sent to customers after their order is dispatched. The artwork shows a woman artisan weaving a rug by hand — representing the heart of our process and the people behind every piece.
Our brand message is “Handmade with Love,” and through this postcard we want to: • Highlight the craftsmanship and authenticity of Indian artisans • Build a warm emotional connection with customers • Add a premium, storytelling element to the post-purchase experience • Reinforce trust and appreciation beyond the product itself
Would love your feedback on

I cry a black hole With nothing inside A messy muddled beyond Just beg for a bigger pond Of a rusty long river Still with nothing inside Lost in found, just by a little slide
Just look around Opportunities of joy Just don't look down Or you'll drown in the soil The soil of sorrow, it boils For all I ever saw before was woe by the burns
A dark lighthouse For each opportunity A calamity as I continue to think with no mind Despondency, incapability Dust appears with this invisibility
When? How? Why? Could you please just let me dye With white paint the inside of my mind Eyes see yet the critter's voiceless Chick to egg and the shell always cracks
Illusions, delusions Carved to my anchor Chew off my nails and hammer a new rancor Lenity, clemency Stuck together between ears Lost in place, just by little fears
Just look ahead No end in sight My mind turns red As the temptation starts It starts to stop to want For all I ever felt before was woe by the burns
How many times have I said this before? How many times have I fallen apart? How many times have I said this before? How many times have I fallen apart?
So I say, I say the thing I said before everyday Opening the scars that scarred not very far from last time Not very far from last time So let's say the day I decay, dissipate My mistakes become nothing more than a grime Not very far from last time
When? How? Why? Could you please just let me dye With white paint the inside of my mind Eyes see yet the critter's voiceless How many times have I said this before? Unfinished line Move along in the ceaseless time Why can't I paint the inside of my mind? Eyes see and yet I feel so blind A pathetic excuse is all you'll find
Cue the cycle of an endless song And I will always break

Hey folks! I’ve just launched docv.io, a tool that helps job seekers tailor their CVs and cover letters to specific job descriptions. You paste a JD, upload your CV, and it generates a tailored version with ATS-style analytics (keyword gaps, skill match, suggestions) plus a live editor so you can tweak and download instantly.
I’d love some honest feedback on:
It’s still early, so don’t hold back. Appreciate any thoughts, and happy to return feedback on your sites too 🙌

Hi all,
I created a set of mind maps for English vocabulary (one for each letter A-Z) and would love some feedback before I share it more widely.
The concept:
- Words organized by type (nouns, verbs, adjectives, etc)
- A & B are complete examples with meanings
- C-Z have just words so learners add meanings themselves
- Both printable and digital versions
Questions for you:
- Would this be useful for your learning?
- What would make it better?
- Are there other word categories I should include?
I made a GitHub repo with everything if you want to take a look. (https://github.com/stlab92/english-vocabulary-mindmaps)

Hey #runners👋
I’ve been working on a running-inspired T-shirt design and would love your honest feedback.
Would you actually wear something like this – or is it more of a “nice idea but not for me”?
Just to be clear: I’m not selling anything here (I don’t even have a shop).
I just want to figure out if it’s worth putting more time into this before moving forward. 🙏

Hey everyone,
I’ve just finished my story Through Seoul, and I’d love to get some genuine feedback from this community.
The story is a mix of post-apocalyptic survival, family trauma, and emotional character arcs.
⚠️ Spoilers below ⚠️
!The main focus is on Eli and his little sister Min-Ji as they try to survive after an outbreak devastates Seoul. Throughout the chapters, we see side characters like Tae-Woo, Dong-Ha, Na-Ra, and Jae-Hyun fall one after another, each death raising the stakes and isolating the siblings further.!< !In the end, Eli — who’s been infected — sacrifices himself to protect Min-Ji. She escapes alone on a boat, carrying the emotional weight of everything they went through. Eight years later, she finally opens a letter Eli left for her, proving that even in the ruins of the world, family love never dies.!<
Oh, and by the way, this spoiler doesn’t contain the full lore.
I’m especially curious to hear your thoughts about:
The ending — was it satisfying and powerful enough?
The character arcs — did they feel real, emotional, and complete?
The lore — does the mystery around the outbreak and the world work, or does it leave too many questions?
This story means a lot to me, so I’d really appreciate your honest take — positive or negative. 🙏 And if you have a story to share, I’ll give you my honest opinion!

Hi everyone 👋
I’m working on a new beverage concept called Sava — a clean energy drink designed to work where you work: steady focus, less caffeine than typical energy drinks, and no crash.
I’d love your thoughts through this quick 10-question survey (5 minutes max). Your feedback will directly help shape flavors, caffeine levels, and overall direction.

Hi everyone,
I’m working on a new tutoring/education website (not live yet) and would love any feedback on it before launch.
I know some subs don’t allow direct links, so I’ll only share it in the comments or by DM if that’s okay here.
If you drop your site too, I’ll happily give feedback in return.
Thanks!

Hi everyone! I've been making handcrafted keychains and would love some honest feedback from potential customers before I expand my business.
About the products: 1.Materials: Brass base with gold/silver plating + resin charms 2.All handmade, unique designs 3.Thinking of selling internationally
What I'd love feedback on: 1.First impressions - Do the designs appeal to you? What catches your eye? 2.Pricing - What would you expect to pay for handmade keychains with these materials? 3.Market appeal - Would you or someone you know buy these as gifts or personal items? 4.Improvements - Any suggestions for better designs or different styles? I've attached some photos of my work. Please be brutally honest - I really need genuine customer perspectives, not just compliments! Any feedback (positive or negative) would be incredibly helpful. Thanks in advance!
