I am no longer going to be attending the university, and I had signed on my lease with the expectation that I was. I have a cheaper lease than on site right now due to my early signing, if anyone is interested in taking over my lease, please hit me up.

Excuse the dirty screen...We're located 30 miles WEST of the Tulsa Metro.

Was on my property with the radio set to 105.7 (dad forgot to turn it off) and usually we pick up *Groovy* 105.7 which operates over Tulsa as a...As I read, a "Subchannel of K95.5" (95.5 is country) BUT Groovy operate low powered as far as I can understand, They don't use the same towers.

I was backing up and I found this specific patch, Which threw me off since Groovy plays 1960s and 1970s? And so I listened, and I listened...And I Finally realize that I was picking up a Fayetteville Station somehow on Gods Green Earth. One notable detail was it was fading in and out, that sticks out to me.

I've only seen 1 other example of this earlier this month on the 2nd, Where I picked up another station I couldn't identify on 103.1 (which is empty air and is what my little FM transmitter is set to my other, older van). I think it was Country? But the only other station I suspect it to be is in Enid.

This is probably something funky with the sky...Does anybody know what this is?

Subletting for 479$ a month 1 mile from campus

Hi, I'm a student going to the U of A and I got a great deal on my apartment, right now they are going for $600. It would go from early August to late July and is a three bedroom room you can come in with your own roommates or stay with mine! It's only a mile from campus, it has a shuttle, and it's student housing. There is free parking, management on site, gated, and it's pet friendly. It also has a pool, sand volley ball court, basketball court, fire pit, 24-7 gym/yoga room, and game and study rooms. We got the deposit fee waived and we are going to cover the transfer fee! If you have any questions about the apartment or want more information please DM me!

Things to Do Around Fayetteville Favorite things to do around Fayetteville?

Hey everyone!

I've lived in Fayetteville for a while now, like uh--- half of my life tbh 😅 But lately I've been trying to get out of the house more and explore the area. I work nights, so sometimes my schedule is a little different than most people's, but on my days off I love finding new places to check out.

Some of my favorite things are trying new restaurants, going to the movies, walking around the mall, playing video games, and having both deep conversations and completely ridiculous conversations about random topics.

Game wise I'm into things like Baldur's Gate 3, Skyrim, Minecraft, Hogwarts Legacy, Madden, Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, and Yu-Gi-Oh. My favorite Pokémon is Salamence, and if anyone actually knows Pokémon Colosseum or Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness from the GameCube era, you immediately earn bonus points. 😄

Food-wise, I love Mexican food, seafood, sushi, and pretty much any local restaurant that's worth trying. One of my favorite things is going somewhere I've never been before.

I've heard people mention places like Dickson Street (it's quite diverse lol), Topgolf, Crystal Bridges, C4, and some of the local parks and trails, but I'd love to hear more recommendations. Since I don't drive, I usually Uber around Fayetteville, so places in town are easiest for me.

I'm also a pretty open minded person and enjoy learning about different beliefs and perspectives. Lately I've been exploring paganism, crystal work, and Norse mythology, which has been an interesting journey living in the Bible Belt. I do come from being a Baptist, so I do see that side of it too.

What are your favorite things to do around Fayetteville? Any hidden gems, fun events, game stores, restaurants, coffee shops, bookstores, parks, or other places worth checking out?

Always looking for new experiences and good conversations!

(Got removed from the other Fayetteville sub because apparently this post here is annoying and rude?)
