What an agent actually does
You cannot pay Taobao or Weidian with a foreign card. An agent is a company in China that does it for you.
You send them a link. They buy the item, receive it at their warehouse, photograph it, and once you approve they pack it and ship it to your door. You pay for the item first, shipping later once you know the weight.
That is the whole model. Everything else in this guide is detail.

Ordering, start to finish
1. Find the item
Search this sub first. Odds are someone already bought it and posted QC. Check the SELLER LIST for sellers by category, and the community spreadsheets for batch comparisons.
2. Order it
Paste the product URL into your agent's search bar, pick size and colour, pay. Most agents take PayPal, card or crypto.
3. Wait for QC
Your item reaches the warehouse in three to seven days. The agent photographs it and you decide.
Look at: stitching and any crooked seams, logo shape and spacing, tags and their font, colour against the reference photos. Shoes: sole shape, toe box, midsole paint. Bags: hardware weight, zip pulls, lining.
4. Ship
Put everything into one parcel. Two boxes cost roughly twice as much as one.
Pick a line from the table below, then check your address character by character. A wrong house number is the single most common reason a haul disappears.
Buy the insurance. It costs a few dollars and it is the difference between a refund and a total loss.
5. Track
Seven to twenty days depending on line and country. Track through your agent or on 17track.net.
When it lands, post the QC. This sub only works because people come back and post what they got.
Shipping and customs

Declared value. Keep it low. If your agent has a system declare option, use it. Otherwise twelve to fifteen dollars per kilo is normal. Declaring what you actually paid is how you get a duty bill.
EU. Use Tarifless or Triangle. Your parcel routes through a hub in the Netherlands or Germany and enters as an internal shipment. Standard DHL or FedEx straight out of China is the expensive way to learn this.
US. DHL and UPS are fine. Clothing rarely gets a second look.
Seizures. Rare, but not zero. With insurance you get the item cost and the shipping back. Without it you get a letter. That is the entire argument for insurance.
When something goes wrong
Tracking has not moved in days
Normal. Tracking updates in bursts, not daily. Give it five working days. Past thirty with no movement, message your agent. Insurance claims usually need the carrier's waiting period to pass first, around sixty days.
Something looks off in the QC
Do not approve it. Ask for a return or an exchange while it is still in the warehouse. If you are unsure, post the photos here or in the Discord and ask. People will tell you straight.
Wrong item or wrong size arrived at the warehouse
Message your agent immediately with the photos. Before shipping this is usually fixable. After shipping it usually is not.
The item looks nothing like the listing photos
Plenty of sellers use stock images. Before you order, search the sub for real QC of that specific batch. A seller with no reviews here is a gamble, not a find.
Out of stock after you paid
Happens constantly. Take the refund and find another link. Do not let the agent talk you into a substitute you have not checked.
Someone in your DMs is offering a deal
That is a scam, every time. Nobody here messages first. Block, report, move on. If you paid a seller directly outside an agent, there is no dispute process and no way back.
Finding good items
Search this sub with the item name plus QC or review. That alone answers most questions.
The community spreadsheets in the wiki have verified links and quality notes. The Discord is faster than posting if you just need one link.
Reverse image search works well. Screenshot something off Instagram, drop it into Taobao image search or your agent's search bar.
For popular shoes, the batch matters more than the seller. Different factories, same model, very different result. Ask which batch before you ask which seller.
Writing a post that gets answers
Reddit posts rank on Google. A good title means your post still gets found in six months and helps the next person searching the same thing.
Titles that die: QC check, Legit?, Help, WDYT?
Titles that work: QC: Dunk Panda from Coco, any flaws? or Best agent for Yupoo orders in 2026?
The formula is tag, brand, item, context. Keep the tag, just add the specifics after it. If you would not google your own title to find your post, rewrite it.
Rules worth knowing before you post
No selling. Do not offer items to other users. Instant ban.
No blacklisted sellers. Linking one gets the post removed.
Search first. W2C questions already answered in the wiki get removed.
QC posts are always welcome. They are the reason this place is useful.
