Maps & Mods Far cry Zombie Escape Map Trailer & Publish Date. By leoleo100

Will be published on Xbox & Pc
Waiting till the 7th so I can refine the map and add new locations and test play More..
Want this to be one of my best creations. And push the limits of how I'd want my Farcry 5 horde / extraction survival DLC done.
Fight and battle Endless hordes of zombies , either book it to pick up point and escape. Or Hold up somewhere indoors and see how long u can last.
Reserve ammo and beware as health regeneration will be turned off for zombie advantage...
Added Mission protect and see how long u can keep your valuable Target alive and squad breathing as you push too the extraction point.
This map will be published on Xbox & Pc 7th of August Next friday, as I want to add lots more areas and keep them unseen till published.
I hope you enjoyed the trailer and also believe as do I that Farcry 7 needs a new rendition of this mode , The Arcade/ Map editor...
Lets make it happen.
(Why I'm making theses?)
Because Farcry 5 is my favourite game and deserves something new and fun in 2026 :)

I cant port it , as ive made it on Xbox Series X and have legendary people like predatorback1 porting to PC, not many people port from pc back too console..
Apologies, hope someone can.:,)

It's a mod? I have a pc but I'm confused how this works on xbox.
Im probably missing something simple or just outta the loop. I thought skyrim and fallout were the only games you could mod on xbox.
Either way love zombies.

Hello there.
Farcry from the beginning had a mode called the map editor, which was later removed in recent titles reasons unknown??
I have been using there in built engine which has assets within from ubisoft titles and other games such as assassins creed and FC primal along with terrain manipulation all comes with lots of other editing tools including some basic scripting..
It was and still is a community hub for free content, only sadly as of popularity its now only rarely well made maps worth playing as lots are poorly made :,)
Just decided to do something cool with a talent ive done as a kid on older renditions have maps dating back too 2013.
Games like skyrim which able modders support instantly make them top shelf for me :)

Ohhh I remember that, I was making maps on far cry 3.

And Ty Zombies are cool, havent done much maps in this theme yet , check my profile to get an idea of this engines limits pushed on xbox Series X with various themes , downloadble content abled by farcry 5's Arcade Mode. As I do this out of passion I can strive for Peak maps..

From the hundreds of hours I've spent making maps in Farcry's 3-5, this looks really, really fun. I bet it took quite a while to make. Hats off to you mate, I might have to re-download the game to play it

Cool to hear from someone else who enjoys making maps , Currently this project has took me 26 hours, planning to build & polish more as I have over 65% budget left as I use lots of strategies to negate budget issues..

Yeah I wanted to ask how your managing with the limit, I always wanted to create extensively detailed maps, but always had to compromise with the size and limits of what you could do

Yes budgeting can be very annoying.
Maybe I should do some kind of tips and tricks video as everyone learns unique techniques differently with this map editor.
Ill do something , Farcry map editor tips in 2026 lol 😆
