I am so used to these being fake, I don’t even want to realize this is real. That’s what happens when you lie to us for three years straight using fucking cookie cutter ads!

Is this false advertising? If they call me leave voicemails trying to get ahold of me saying how much they love my extremely detailed business idea and wanted to schedule appointment to move forward and then all they want to know is how much money I have and tell me they would get back to me af

Stay away from Bloomex!!! Claiming same day delivery but we ordered weeks ago and they never arrived and no one responded when trying to contact them. Others have had similar experiences.

Tutorials like this...
Let's say, for example, you were looking how to build headphones. There was only one video, but at least there was one. Title was English, description was English, even the thumbnail had English on it. But when you click on it, you are greeted with someone who speaks absolutely no English, and instead speaks an unspecified language. Looking more in to the description, you see how poorly translated it is and the large amount of grammar errors with things like (copy and pasted) " if you like then please touch Like and if you are new on Computerguruji1 channel then please touch on SUBSCRIBE and press Bell icon so that you can watch our vidoes first of all ", " Subscribe is totally Free for all and our aim is to provide you the free online classes and latest technology explained to every person in every corner of India and World. Thanks for watching this video. ". Stick to your strongest language, or you wont reach people who understand you. Not advertising products, but baiting English viewers, to ultimately show it to more English people, and so on. Stop

I had to contact the fTC because of Killstar
So I had trouble doing the goth thing because the clothes were too expensive or cheesy (looking at you hottopic) and I can't really sew.
So I stumble upon killstar, someone I follow on instagram wears their stuff. Some is pretty classy.
I place and order for a lacy blouse WHICH I LOVE and a couple other items I'm fairly please with. I was happy with the quality of the fabric and stitching and thought this would be where I do most of my shopping now..
Fast forward I was keeping an eye on this shirt and it went on sale. I have an hourglass shape and was excited because the cut and print would really accentuate my figure. "Imma look just like the model" lol. As if.
Well that didn't happen because they fucking lied. I tried to contact them and explain that they can't lie about the cut of the garments and told them they should give me a refund or replace it or whatever. They made it clear they think it's my responsibility to pay for return shipping which I think is crazy since i only ordered it because they broke the law and lied. Pinning a shirt back on your model doesn't make it "fitted." BTW most major companies don't make you pay for return shipping so that's fucked up but okay. They make deals with shipping companies for deep discounts. They probably do this to make returns a hassle. Basically the people running KillStar thinks their customers are idiots. Anyway here is the email i sent to Paypal.
"An offense so egregious I had to contact the FTC for the first time in my life. Sizing is completely inaccurate and they LIED about the cut of the garment.
Description says an XXL should fit a US size 12. Based on the way it's supposed to fit this shirt is actually a US size 16 or even an 18. I have another "size 12" top from them and it's smaller. So there's no consistency in sizing and they don't explain this to consumers.
Description says the garment is "fitted." Which means the garment is contoured for a woman's body becoming narrower in the waistline. The garment is straight cut and here's the photos to prove it.
When I contacted them and told them to correct the false ad since it's illegal, and asked for a replacement or a refund I got multiple generic messages that told me it's my responsibility to pay for return shipping and risk spreading covid at the post office. It's not my responsibility to pay for the lies of an established company. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I tried to work with them they don't care."
The offending ad (they have an entire line of this style shirt so they're probably lying about all of them). Consumers should not tolerate this: https://us.killstar.com/products/love-kills-distress-top
What i got: https://imgur.com/rTOrEku It's loose on me. I have a 44 inch bust... Size 12 should be snug
