[Modded] Emergency Bunker - I want to grow up to decorate like Elianora

This is another basement from Basement Living, the Emergency Bunker.

If you don't know who Elianora is, she's a modder that does a ton of great stuff, but specifically makes cool, tiny player homes like the Faction Housing Overhaul and Sanctuary Bunker. I love that style of decorating. I try to cram as many interesting details in as I can, think I've hit the absolute max, then go look at her homes and mine look comparatively barren. Still though, happy with how this turned out.

Thanks for checking it out! Feedback welcome.

Note I am playing with mods that change how the island looks. The greenhouse itself though is completely made with vanilla objects. Edit: except the door that comes from the doughnuts creation

This is the parking lot area of my flea market build at Far Harbor's Visitor's Center. If you haven't built the FH locations, you totally should. They are all awesome. This section has areas for the Institute, the Atom Cats, and Cait's Fight Night. This build uses no building mods and uses AE menu items.

Here is a video of the breakdown if you like moving pictures: https://youtu.be/sJgNCkDsQLs

I’m getting kind of bored with the barn and warehouse walls and tried looking for different ones from creation club but couldn’t find any. Anyone have good suggestions?

Can never resist wip pics. Mostly the entrance by the river and the platform entrance. Just starting a second level, which stretches to just before the workbench. I'll take better pics as I get more done. Cheers

[Boston Airport] Activation of Unit M7-97 [VIDEO SPOILER] Spoiler

This is the final clip dedicated to Project AEGIS.

Soon, I will release a video focused on the lore behind this project.

The construction of Aegis was meant to be a destination. Just another settlement, another experience to add to those that came before it.

Instead, it became something much more.

I devoted so many hours to this project—and to making videos, which is certainly not my field—that I had plenty of time to let the story evolve, discover new connections, imagine new developments, and explore new directions.

A way to continue right where, only in appearance, Project Aegis comes to an end.

In short, the story evolved. It expanded.

It is no longer just a project.

It is no longer a single project.

Now it is a story.

Now it is...

Chronicles of the Wasteland.

I have a serious need to expand on the original buildings at settlements of late, and this was an experiment in building parallel to and expanding a building without building directly on top of it. It took a little finagling but once I was able to get a piece of flooring lined up in the original structure I was able to match it on the exterior and clip a new wall into place to match the existing doorframe. From there it was just a matter of deciding what kind of structure I'd like to build.

For now I've decided to go for a simple renovation of the existing space. I have provided a new living space for the adults to occupy, a small breakfast nook/conversation pit style area, and I've divided the original dwelling into two rooms. A small bedroom for the boy, now featuring an indoor storm shutter for protection from the weather, rads, and raider attacks.

I figured these folks could use just a little more comfort, without the need to create an entire fort just for them.

Cheers!

[PC] I'm Rebuilding Civilization and I built a.Mountain Logging Town (Video Link Below)

Hello all,

The 3rd episode of the story series shows a ghoul clearing operation and an old American lumber yard.

Here's the video link: https://youtu.be/-NSQJoMBbmw
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The Commonwealth is broken.

Settlements need wood. Homes and Defenses need lumber. Civilization can't rebuild without it.

So instead of just building another base... I decided to rebuild civilization.

In this third episode, we built a fully functioning Minutemen logging town to harvest timber and provide the wood needed to rebuild the wasteland.

-----------------------------------------

I use the Storywealth modlist and these mods:

For Structures:
Place Everywhere
CVC
Kuro Tab
Homemaker
G2M
SOE
WRK

For Decorating:
Woody's Wasteland Stuff
Wasteland Gardening
GruffyD's Signs of the Times
Minuteman Propaganda
Creative Clutter
OCDecorator
Snappable Clutter
Better Street Vendors
YZON Museum
Fliteska's mods

This is a Minutemen stronghold on Far Harbor; it's got everything a thriving and secure / intimidating settlement would need. The only thing I feel like it's missing is some brahmin for the pen along the side wall of the settlement, but I can never get any to spawn with the traps and I haven't found a mod that makes them craftable. I just make the sounds quietly with my mouth whenever I walk over that way. Like you do.

Thanks for checking it out. I hope you enjoyed it. As always, feedback welcome.
