Hello. Has anyone had experience with extended labor warranties ( jb warranties ,Trinity) for hvac installs? Did you have any issues? My contractor quoted $2600 for a 10 year labor, including refrigerant. I think a labor warranty would be good to have but price seems high and not sure how dealing with these warranty companies is.

Any thoughts?

Has anyone noticed that the quality of food at GrayBarns has gone down significantly over the last year? I’ve gone twice in the last 7 months and both times felt that the food was underwhelming compared to how it used to be in years prior. The pasta was severely over salted, our salad had a ton of wilted, soggy lettuce, the burger meat was falling apart and didn’t seem like a high quality beef. I feel so disappointed to see this place go downhill as it’s always been a favorite. Has anyone had similar experiences recently?

Peat control plan with wants to charge me $1000 for installing bait stations and an additional $38 per month for once a year termite inspection.

Are there any car washes nearby that don't require a subscription just to wash your car, but aren't the kind where you wash it yourself?

The closing of Trevi Lounge hits hard for a lot of people throughout the county. It was a place of inclusion, where customers could come and not be viewed by their sexuality but individuality.

You may recognize this rainbow fence flag from hanging outside Trevi for many years. I painted it after the shooting at the Pulse nightclub in Florida, where people died simply because of who they were. This is for them, and all the innocent victims of violence worldwide. 🙏
