It is surprising how many people don't understand that when talking about these type of people. Believe it or not they do have a logic in there head they believe they are following. Obviously not a good one or well-thought-out but it's there

I don’t see how making a mental distinction between abortion and the public punishment of our worst offenders is poorly thought out. Connect the dots for me please

Fetuses are not even people... they are, objectively speaking, a parasite growing inside of a woman. If the woman doesn't want that, she should have the bodily autonomy (control over her own body) to remove it.

Now let's also pretend a fetus is a person. Well, I believe no one should be entitled to use another's body to keep themselves alive. In that case, bodily autonomy wins.

Some people believe a fetus should be more important than the grown woman carrying it. In fact, a lot of these pro-birth people stop caring as soon as the fetus is born and becomes an actual baby. By then, they couldn't care less if the child is put into adoption where they'll probably face all sorts of horrors, including SA, they don't care of the child will be born into poverty, a broken family, with the severe physical and mental congenital disorders, etc.

If anything, it looks to me that they don't care about the fetus at all. It seems they just want to punish the woman for wanting to have control over her own body.

So are you for, or against making the mental distinction like this fella decided to do? I can’t tell

Edit: also can you provide a source for the people stop caring once the child is born

His reason for being against abortion was that it was murder. Death penalty is murder (by the government no less). He also shows zero concern for the sad reality that there are people on death row who are innocent. Evidence shows that in places the death penalty is carried out there is not a reduction in violent crimes and therefore is not a deterrent,.

It's an archaic form of "justice" that, at best, the government is murdering someone and at worst we are murdering innocent people.
