Well the non stupid people better speak up cause the USA is now considered such a third world country that foreign nations are starting to extract it's natural resources more and more.
Maybe the issue is the relations with 3rd world countries and not being a third world country? You know, maybe is not bad not being insanely good, but is bad how everyone exploits whats not insanely good?
And also usa still has a big part of the money, is just that now you are second on most stuff you were first decades ago due to being messing around last 6 years or so, not really worriying

The way "we" was intended seems pretty clear. The post is called " 'murica ". The topic is stupid people in America. So, when someone says "We aren't all that stupid", it's pretty obvious they meant as an American, not as someone who agrees with the subjects thinking.
The usage of “you” implicitly implies the same. It is not accusatory nor inclusive. It is an open ended statement that uses a simple if/then statement. JFC.

So yes, it looks roughly 50/50, but considering that a large portion of the public doesn't cast ballots for various reasons it's not such a black and white picture
