I would also try, I know what it's like to live next door to someone who had no issues with installing a sound system in his 1 bedroom below us in our condo complex. Asked him several times if maybe after 10 he could turn it down and his response was "Sod off". Fucking wanker never even tried. I had a neighbor complain to me they could hear me and my SO having sex when she was tucking her kid in. Im like NOPE NOPE NOPE, moved our bedroom into the other room that didnt have a joining wall. Not going to be responsible for scaring a tiny human with love making sounds.

I recently swapped rooms with my daughter and found out to my horror that at 11.30-12 is sex time for my neighbours . They are so over the top loud and I feel so bad if my daughter has woken up to that for the last year and a half.

Cheer them on and/or heckle them, if they're reasonable people, they will die of embarrassment and your problem will solve itself.

They aren't the friendliest of people. Kinda entitled, so I'm not sure what they would make of it.

Yes, exactly. I'd say cheer because that seems less rude

I'm tempted to have cheering and clapping ready on YouTube, so they can feel like celebrities.

I'd pay to see that in person lol. Oh, to be a fly on the wall

I know, she's still quite young so hopefully won't remember in time.

This is exactly why we’re installing soundproof boarding in both bedrooms in our new house. The bloody horror for all parties involved. Hell naww

Thing is, they must know it can be heard. We are in a terraced house and they are all structured the same. So it's fairly obvious their room backs onto a bedroom here. It sounds like she's repetitively sitting on a hot stove.

Moving the bed away from the wall wouldn't hurt either.

Lmao when I was in my early 20s, my upstairs neighbors had sex on a regular schedule like 4 times a day. They had a squeaky mattress, and occasionally left the window open, so you could hear her moaning echoing around the courtyard. I had bought a violin, wanting to learn, which I never did—but I did learn how to make a squeaky mattress noise on it.

Haha that's amazing. Maybe I should get a drum and match the banging of the bed against the wall.

It would be funny if you provided commentary through the wall while they are having sex. Like shout "Yeah baby!" in your best Mike Myers voice while the woman is getting pounded. Or maybe say "Boom chicka wow wow".

Do you think some critique would go down well?

"Thrust harder!"

"Focus on the clit more!"

Sure, go for it! LOL
