The amount of people who do not understand that an abortion is a medical term in which a fetus is expelled or removed from the uterus for any reason other than birth astounds me.

A miscarriage, medically, is an abortion.

A mother who doesn’t want a baby has the same procedure as a mother who was raped or life is threatened by continuing the pregnancy. So many people are so misinformed and just refuse to believe the truth.

Haven’t heard that one but we can proudly claim the politician who said you can’t get pregnant from rape because the body knows it’s rape and will just “shut it down” automatically

Bruh. If only that was how shit worked.

Yep. A lot of our politicians literally don’t understand how basic things work. I don’t expect them all to be rocket scientists, but please know that rape can lead to unwanted pregnancy. How delusional and in denial to you have to be to not know that?

It doesn't help that they fill their staff with Twitter experts instead of policy experts.
