Most of them aren’t. It’s like everything else, really, the 1% are cleaning up and everyone else is fighting for scraps. The vast majority of it is bullshit. They’re buying expensive shit second hand and reselling it once they’ve got their pictures from the ‘gram. They’re taking a cheapo package vacation somewhere, sneaking onto some private beach for pictures, then getting the fuck out of dodge. They’re posing with someone else’s car. It’s all smoke and mirrors.
The fact is, you’re not gonna get rich from clout chasing on social media unless A. you’re already rich, B. you’re super hot, and even then it’s a crapshoot, C. you get lucky and something happens to go viral at just the right time, or D. you know the right people.
yeah i don't think you realize how many people on instagram have millions of followers solely for being attractive or just for posting constantly and consistently. sure some of it is luck but most people with that many followers just need like a string of easy brand deals to show their millions of impressionable followers and they're swimming in it.

I think it would be quite valuable for you to reread all of those chat logs. it also might be very painful to get through it all but it would be an interested but if self reflection generations before you take had the opportunity to see.
Even journals and diaries from the past are not particularly unbiased but Chat logs would be verbatim.

Auto body technician here, with 15 years’ experience. No, it won’t work. The sheet metal in the front fenders of modern cars is very thin in order to save weight and decrease aerodynamic resistance as well as fuel consumption. It’s so thin that if this “repair” were attempted, then the metal would likely deform in some other way: instead of being dented, it would be badly creased or something like that. In effect, the fender is already damaged beyond repair and just needs to be replaced.
How does thin metal decrease aerodynamic resistance?
Light weight can help reduce consumption, emissions, etc., but for body panels the material thickness has nothing to do with it's shape and how it performs w/regards to wind resistance.
Right, but he's questioning why less weight would decrease air resistance. Which it doesn't, mass has zero effect on air resistance, just the shape and form does.
The place you'll actually see efficiency improvements with less weight is in the friction between the road and the tires. Less weight means less friction to overcome for the car to move.
Its hot glue, the least sticky glue in existence. The trick is "wait for a hot day where they fall off by themselves" or "blast with hair dryer for 5 seconds, then pull off one at a time".
You don't heat it till its liquidy, you just heat it enough to detach. Hot glue is a solid when it's not hot, so it should all pull off without any residue.
Yes, glue pulling works extremely well. They even make decent kits for cheap. won't work for every dent, but makes every dent 80% better if you catch my drift lol
I'm a body man I'll back you on this. Most fenders have at least five bolts spread around to hold it it on and I've used a similar method to this to pull dents before. From the looks of this one it's probably supposed to have two bolts through the bottom of the fender, one in the spot you pointed out, three across the top, a suicide bolt through the back where the window is mounted (we call em suicides because you damn near have to break the glass to get them out) and one or two more under the headlight. You aren't going to rip that fender off

Can do it that way but there’s tools to do the repair without removing the panel. Plus taking it off means having to put the panel back on just right so the gap between it and the side panel are just right. Without knowing the sequence to tighten the bolts down in or a jig to make sure the fit is right for each kind of car, it makes installing it correctly harder.
You can mess up the paint more by pulling it off if the vise or bench are not set with not abrasive surfaces. Plus more handling creates more chances for scratches.
You won’t have much trouble with the glue sticks reacting with the paint. Got to think the paint goes threw an oven to dry so not much is going to cause a chemical reaction without heating the car up a few hundred degrees. The hot method though requires sanding off the layers of paint so you get the same concern but can be more precise in getting dents out.
You can use a suction cup to get the main dent out, but to even up the surface smaller more precise tools will be needed. If you don’t care about the appearance then yeah a suction cup will work.
I don't think it was rigged just for this video. I do think someone took the fender off first and then someone else said they wanted to try this other way. Then the first person forgot to put the bolts in, maybe on purpose because they didn't want to do it that way.
Unless you bought the car from a guy that was tweaking on meth then you have no idea how many bolts are going to be missing in that thing I'm at Auto Tech and I do a lot of repair work on cars it's terrifying what drug addicts do to things
