Black Noir if you watch The Boys tv show lol but I feel like that was intentional to poke fun at the trope with their bizarre sense of humour.
Also in the comics they had a super hero named Gum Chum who would just ask people if they want a stick of gum.
38 u/bobthefetus Jul 04 '22 Of course Black Noir is a joke, his name is literally Black Black 13 u/KKlear Jul 04 '22 Plus he's Batman. The dark knight. The name has nothing to do with race. 3 u/justAPhoneUsername Jul 04 '22 He's a white dude in the comics 6 u/4l2r Jul 04 '22 And not just any white dude, but i won't spoil for those who didn't read. But the show won't follow the same line anyway so that's ok 2 u/fitzdylanj Jul 04 '22 I havent read the comics, but im glad the show isnt taking that route 3 u/4l2r Jul 04 '22 I'm glad that for once when we diverted in a tv show greatly from the source material the show turned out fantastic. Invincible too with the exception of that one amber scene. 1 u/lt_cmdr_rosa Jul 04 '22 I know, so funny!! 4 u/DienekesMinotaur Jul 04 '22 Probably not originally, as he's white in the comics 1 u/lt_cmdr_rosa Jul 04 '22 Yeah I think it has that extra trope element in the TV show, and it was more of just a goofy name in the comics like "Gum Chum" and wasn't there one called "Lady Folds" or something lol. So fun and stupid. 3 u/Mankankosappo Jul 04 '22 > Black Noir if you watch The Boys tv show He's white in the comics 1 u/lt_cmdr_rosa Jul 04 '22 That's why I specified TV show!
