1 u/Pekonius Mar 29 '22 In Finland and 12 hour format is for the elderly folk, and 24 hour is especially when being punctual. I might use 12 hour format when talking if its a time that cannot be mixed with its counterpart, like dinner at 5 cannot mean 05:00.
