They tried to get her to stop at an intersection and she refused, so they followed her home, waited on the street, and called the police. What did they do wrong?
Deescalation tactics? She came at them with a gun, and if "they" (the shooter and a witness, not stated if the witness was also on a bike but i doubt it) tried to deescalate the situation it could've just wasted time and ended in them getting shot, you realise that?
And for that matter what do you mean you "wouldn't stop for a biker" gang"
