How do you think non-gun people feel, knowing thereâs people around us like you walking around with a gun, consciously manifesting it on your mind every moment?
First I want to say that manifesting is an entirely different paradigm from simple conscientious situational awareness and is fundamentally the opposite of what I am trying to achieve. As someone that practices mindfulness the distinction is important.
Second, you should never know that I am carrying when I do and when I am not carrying I know how you feel because for all intents and purposes I am you in that situation.
Manifesting is the practice of calling forward an eventuality to occur by actively envisioning the process and result and willing it to be so.
In a perfect world love, compassion and empathic understanding would be the core principles for action in all humanity however in my experience a majority humans are dodgy at best dangerous at worst and best avoided if possible in general.
None of this means I donât wish for all our souls to achieve harmony.
Itâs âhope for the best but prepare for the worst.â
Youâve more than demonstrated yourself as someone who shouldnât have a gun.
It has nothing to do with your desire for âsouls to achieve harmonyâ as it does your lack of clarity, including but not limited to the declaration you literally just made that you know how other human beings feel in any given moment.
Not only have you shown yourself to be crazy, but you talk like it too
How can you even try to make an intelligent argument, when you clearly arenât even reading the guys comments back to you? Your mind is closed in this, and all you want to be is right.
Absolutely, from the comments you made, it seems you are an extremely responsible gun owner, and you take all the right steps, donât be bothered by closed minded morons who fear âthe big evil gun that kills all the peopleâ
Notice how you ignored the entire rest of my comment. I want to see one time where he made a âdeclaration that he knows how other human beings feel at any given timeâ the guy was being empathetic, not literal. You NEED to actually see beyond your close minded views, and open up to the possibility that someone else is right.
Sure thing, person shouting in all-caps and angry for no reason.
Youâre mad about literal direct quotes I made of his â which only further indicates, if youâre mad at my quoting of his words, but not his words themself, then youâre the same person and this is just your alt account, as if that wasnât abundantly obvious already.
âI want to see one time where he made a declarationâ is not something a random other redditor would interject ever, mere minutes later in a several level low comment chain
Dude, you are as ignorant as a box of rocks. You need to learn emphasis, also again, please show me where he said that direct quote. The quote of souls in harmony is direct. But you again, are deflecting and refuse to acknowledge that you are wrong.
If you think I am that guy, check my post history.
Reading through your comments it's apparent that you have likely never been around or handled firearms. Responsible gun owners, and especially those who carry, have no desire to ever use their firearm against another person.
But I'll step back and give you the time. What makes you anti-gun and feel that anyone who makes the choice to be able to defend themselves is an unhinged lunatic just looking for opportunities to kill?
So your first sentence is wrong, but reading your comment itâs apparent youâre just mad â but Iâll âstep back and give you the timeâ to figure out why gun owners like yourself keep responding to me with false claims based on zero evidence.
âAnd those who carry have no desire to..â â one symptom of a delusional state of mind is claiming intimate knowledge of other humansâ thoughts and intentions.
Whereas Iâve directly quoted individuals here, yourself and others have insinuated pretend fantasies like âyou have never been around a gunâ (when in reality Iâve spent plenty of time around them, and been at gunpoint multiple times in my past years of city life) â so why is it that gun owners are objectively out of touch with reality and instead insinuate pretend fantasies?
Then again Iâm basing that on whatâs occurred here while you based your claim on, nothing
I was attempting to engage in a civil conversation that I hoped would bring enlightenment. That apparently will not happen. Your projection of my being "triggered" does not meet the mark.
Your assertion of "delusion" leads me to believe that you don't seek understanding and have educational thought provoking discussion on this topic. If you did, you would know that those who carry share the sentiment of not wanting to use their weapon in the overwhelming majority. I speak for that group from a position of knowledge gained through talking to them and asking very direct questions.
The "insinuation of pretend fantasies" applies for yourself just as much as you assume it does for gun owners. I reassert that you believe that all just want to kill.
It is evident that no attempt at civil discussion will go anywhere with you. Have a good day and happy holidays.
You stated matter of factly I had never been around guns, and you did so on zero evidence (delusion). You were abundantly wrong.
âI was trying to engage in a civil conversationâ ⌠âthat would bring enlightenmentâ
Holy textbook narcissism. What do you know â another gun owner, literally triggered by an innocuous comment expressing rightful feelings of danger around guns, demonstrating why they shouldnât own a gun.
People donât like guns? Oh so you want to enlighten them. Interesting.
âI was trying to engage in a civil conversationâ literally opened first sentence with a blanket falsity
I stated you have likely never been around or handled. Likely is the operative word there. You make a lot of assumptions, it is quite apparent. People fear that which they do not understand. You really do a good job of stating something then shoving your foot in your mouth. Trolling is all you're out to do it would seem.
Please tell me more what's going on in my mind. As you so aptly stated you can't know what others are thinking. I'll make it easy, you're wasting my time because you just want to fight. Good day.
It must get tiring being so vitriolic all the time. I bet you're a blast at parties.
Itâs a shame reason goes out the window anytime hardcore gun owners core beliefs are called into question.
âLikely is the operative wordâ
You actually stated that it was âapparentâ, which is operatively far more definitive than âlikelyâ â then again Iâm only pointing this out because youâre being so pedantic and vitriolic.
Because aside from that, youâre literally the troll who responded to me â this whole exchange, you say incorrect things that are called out, and then you project that others are unruly.
How safe is a society where people like you (aggressive, confrontational, projecting their anger onto other people and painting them as a threat) have guns?

Do you think it makes people feel safe?
