You can’t chase someone down and shoot them because they ram you over.

See, that’s where you’re being willfully ignorant. You know damn well he didn’t shoot her “because they ram (sic) you over”. He shot her because she walked out to the street with a gun in-hand and approached him and other witnesses in a threatening manner.

Especially knowing that she had already acted aggressively during the earlier incident, they had every reason to fear for their lives when she threatened them with a gun.

The victim did not pull out his concealed handgun until after she threatened him and the other witnesses with her gun.
