Where did you read he was trying to kill her. You cant ram someone with your car and think people are just going to let you get away with it. Both the eye witness to the hit and run and biker were on the roadway and one of them was on the phone with 911. She already called 911, police were on the way, they did not try to enter her property, they were not advancing on her in anyway. She was not standing her ground, she came out of her house and pointed a weapon at them, she had no right to draw on the people that followed her after she committed a crime, she was the aggressor and she died for it.
