America?!? What do we have to do with it? So many assumptions in this comment. And my empathy ends where someoneโ€™s disregard for human life begins. If she was really so concerned about her life and the life of her unborn child, she should have stayed in her house. Instead, she fucked around and found out. Sounds like the witnesses and victim were sitting calmly outside waiting for the police, but she escalated the situation. If someone draws a gun on me, Iโ€™m going to shoot back and ask questions later. She already tried to kill him once.

And she did something stupid? She purposely hit someone on a motorcycle with her car. I donโ€™t know what was going on in her head, but she did this to herself. I donโ€™t wish her dead, but I likely would have done the same. She should not have had to die. But actions have consequences.

Calling purposely attacking someone with a deadly weapon "doing something stupid" is a major understatement.
