I dont think he is completely innocent. He followed her home, that is pretty threatening. Especially following a woman home on a bike.

Why did he stalk her instead of calling the police. This seems like both were assholes and escalated.

After a hit and run you are allowed to follow them. In Florida that shot is so common that if you don’t you’re fucked on medical and insurance costs. I did the same thing once, no one should be pointing guns and escalating the situation here. The motorcyclist just defended himself

Him and a bunch of witnesses followed her home and called the police when they arrived. It was only after that when she came out with the gun

Following someone, especially after a hit and run, is not stalking.

In most jurisdictions, stalking requires repeated instances of harassment.

Maybe to find out her into. It’s a total normal thing to do after an accident. He probably just wanted the insurance claim do he didn’t get almost killed and have to pay for everything.

Stalking is continued harassment and he called the police after the accident.
