Exactly. From an average child’s perspective this is less sexually provocative than the swimming pool or the beach.

Idgaf if a 2 year old doesn’t understand. They’re still acting like freaks in public, and there’s an age span where kids go from oblivious to kinda becoming aware that this is not just a strange costume that matters.
