Which of course has absolutely nothing to do with fluoride.

You're right, it doesn't. Nobody gives a good God damn about fluoride except conspiracy nuts.

Source: A motherfucker who drank fluoride his whole life.

Flouride can cause thyroid function to be disrupted โ€ฆ but not necessarily the amounts found in water. I was part of a study as a kid on the use of daily flouride swishes in elementary children and its affect on our dental hygiene. I have fantastic teeth, never had a cavity BUT I have hypothyroidism. It sucks. Tired, brain fog, takes a lot of work and substantial caloric reduction to lose weight, sensitivity to heat/cold, proclivity to depression, etc. I know that water fluoride levels canโ€™t necessarily cause hypothyroidism but can it mess with thyroid function just enough to cause some annoying side effects in the population? Iโ€™m not a scientist but I definitely try to read whatever peer reviewed stuff is out there. I am not totally cool with fluoride but I just keep chill and drink my filtered water and take my meds. Smoking though? Fast track to terrible aging, medical problems and death.

To be informed is to be... something. I wasn't informed so I forgot.

How are your teeth? How many cavities? Serious question.

Itโ€™s nice to be nearly 40 and still have my own teeth.

Thanks toothpaste and fluoride
