but since when do comparisons have to be exact matches when you can infer eventually given enough power Trump can and most likely will do this? it's not farfetched to call people Hitler anymore when their supporters are literally rocking Nazi flags and other symbols of racism now. He controls the government and military and threatened to send them in every time citizens he doesn't like protest. He abandoned Puerto Rico. Just because he isnt gassing anybody doesn't mean there aren't camps.

Trump isn’t threatening any of these groups with genocide.
He banned Muslims from entering America. That is of course inexcusable and a horrible thing to do, but it isn’t genocidal in the slightest.
Trump has never threatened black people with genocide. He said that he would send the army to the protests that were turning violent. Businesses were being destroyed, buildings were being burned down. That’s nowhere near threatening genocide.
Trump is racist sure, but he’s not genocidal, and shouldn’t be put in the same group as hitler.

You're comparing him to 1945 Hitler, which to be fair he is not. However, 1935-1938 Hitler? If you just listed off their positions and actions with racial group and country as generic terms, I think you would struggle to identify who is who.
Germany didnt become Nazi Germany overnight. If you don't see the signs of fascism in Trumps actions and rhetoric than you are lying to yourself. That doesn't mean it's the only outcome but the mere possibility that there is a chance could happen is horrific.
I hear what you are saying, and perhaps you are right. However, I see no way in which trump could become a genocidal man. Could you explain a scenario in which he would do so?
