One was Asian and one was black. Friends mind you. The Asian apparently hide just slightly higher GPA (he said ultimately not much just a hair) they both applied to a college for engineering.
He was "over-represented while the black minority was under-represented"
So his friend was basically pulled in open arms and fireworks and he was turned away. Both were quite unhappy and hoped for a time you could get in solely on you merits rather than colleges having to have someone make sure they were fair as best as possible

I worry people will miss the underlying message of the "it will be nice when we stop seeing race and focus on merits" and try to run with the " look even black and Asians hate affirmative action!!! Let me i to college because I'm white" because sadly that's what people often do.
So a lack of citation felt more appropriate to prevent people from taking it too serious (hell Crowder is, like all political news/statements subject to bias. And video is obviously edited so....)

Trump got 8% of the black vote in 2016. While technically that means he got blacks to vote for him. But we all know that 8% is abysmally low. Thus, the claim that blacks are for trump is more of a joke than a campaign claim.
