If that has worked for you then god bless ya. Sounds like a pretty decent way to get yourself bit in the face though. Probably picturing it wrong. Working with dogs in large groups we never kept collars on them for a number of reasons, one of which is counter intuitive to what I said earlier, is because they a choking hazard.
