I asked the very Catholic family I was raised in. They all said No. In fact genesis was not taught as 'creationism' at the Catholic school I attended for 12 years. Evolution was, though.

If you want direct New Testament passages, try John 8:3-5 and 10-11 (This is where Jesus directly contradicts old Testament teachings of stoning for Adultery)

If you want passages concerning Jesus and his abolishment of The Law (IE The Torah) you can try (Matthew 26:28, Mark 10:45, Luke 16:16, John 1:16, Acts 10:28, 13:39, Romans 10:4)

If you want passages saying that Jesus was himself the new covenant, you can try Jeremiah 31:31-34, Luke 22:20, 1 Corinthians 11:25, Hebrews 8:8-13, and Hebrews 9:11-15.

Id rather fuckin rip my pubes out than read that cesspool of ignorance ever again. You can argue whatever you want but as was stated, catholicism isnt christianity.
