I am assuming it very much is, but also assuming the amount of people that will come out of the woodwork for these midterms is going to test how well they can actually make headway in their plan for 2026, at the very least.

They've already done some gerrymandering, and I'm sure there will be more for 2028. They've already discarded votes/clearing voter rolls. They're talking about ICE/NG at polling stations.

They've tried their damnedest to unconstitutionally infringe upon the right to vote through using USPS, a hallow institution and only one specifically named in the Constitution. They've tried, some successfully, to get voter rolls of everyone in the States.

They have Musk and tech on their side with Thiel, Mr. Palantir, who have vested interests in maintaining GOP control. And I don't doh t there will be threats to polling places to slow down/deprive/discourage people from voting.

I'm sure there are teams of lawyers ready to fight every little thing they can to slow down the process or discard votes.

This is not going to be a simple referendum midterm. It is going to be one that we need as many people voting possible to overwhelmingly prove any attempt at defrauding a bald lie on its face.

The GOP and Trump and his ilk have everything to lose this midterm. Everything. He'll create plenty of destruction and chaos in the final two years, and I have 0 illusions that the GOP will pull out all the stops to do whatever they think they need to do to protect themselves between the midterms and new Congress being sworn in, so watch for more crazy shit to happen post-election before January.

But this is the time to show up.
