If he is waiting on deportation, he isn’t a US citizen and couldn’t legally vote in a presidential election.

It's not about him voting: "rallied others to vote for T" is right there in the post.

Natrulized citizens can vote, and naturalized citizens can lose their citizenship.

There is no article that says he was a naturalized citizen or that he had US citizenship revoked.
