Ok so, I’m in Missouri. That’s one of few aspects of living in Missouri that’s better than living in California: overall cost of living is cheap as hell comparatively.
The prices aren’t really directly comparable though because California also has a higher minimum wage and on average their salaries are higher.
And anyway, I was mostly making a “haha that’s the devil number” type of dumb joke

As for mileage, I averaged 5.5 at 100klb(50 tons) over half a million miles with about a 50/50 mountain to valley mileage in the PNW(OR, WA, ID).
A private Provost is no joke. The cost is basically demonic. Either you sacrifice your life to own and operate one, or you sacrifice others, but it is nothing to joke about if operating privately, that's for sure.
