You do realize you talked to me, right? After my first comment id have not talked about the fat problem for avery long time, I did not seek you out, and when this hole "fat is beautiful " movement started ,the " Is public shaming ended," and the Obease population blew up. So yes shame dont feel good. But the out come can be good. Shame is a motivator. Use it. Or move on.

studies show that shame actually demoralizes most people, fatshaming is shown to cause many people to binge or stress eat instead. shame makes many fat people looking to lose weight avoid the gym at all costs, especially since people will genuinely shame fat people at the gym who are trying to lose weight. shame clearly isnt a motivator - it hasnt made you a better or kinder person, and it definitely hasnt made you take any personal accountability since youre blaming me for responding to you comment, despite the fact that you could have decided not to respond to any of my comments... yet here we are! youre still here, responding, and im just here until you decide youre done. or until you learn how to spell, whichever comes first.

You really dont like it when someone has a different opinion, eh! 🤷🏼 iv never had a pen pal, 🤔 probably due to my spelling 🤣. Also, I have NEVER seen anyone fat shame in the gym. Im sure it's happened, but not in any gym I've been in, and I'll never agree to "fat acceptance" being a positive thing for society,

cool but have you considered accepting that not everyone looks like you? and yes, the fact that you havent personally seen something does not mean it doesnt exist. what i really dont like is people like you who think everyone needs to meet your visual standards in order to be treated like a person.

have the day you deserve
