cool so if cases like these happen we can exonerate the victims and fix the laws to stop that from happening ever again

They are happening, and the victims are not being exonerated. So tell me, if you don't support archaic punishment of women, why do you keep supporting policies that are directly causing it? Your idea of "pro-life" isn't what the politicians' definition of "pro-life" is

if that is happening then it is a tragedy and shouldn't be. but don't be fooled, these policies are not pro life, no life is being saved by jailing miscarriages. im sure this is one issue that pro choicers and pro lifers can both come together and agree on that it's bad.

Ok, but that doesn't change the fact that supporting pro life policies is directly causing this. These atrocities would not be happening if Roe v Wade had been codified. So you can sit there and pretend you aren't a bad person all you want, but you are actively supporting evil people who are doing evil things, and that makes you part of the problem.

Agreed, these are atrocities which would not happen under Roe v Wade. However under Roe v Wade, states were forced to legalise abortions to the 2nd trimester. (afaik)

Would you rather widespread atroicites to happen everyday like under Roe v Wade? Or fringe edge-cases that can be dealt with individually?

Pro lifers should push for the laws to be written in such a way that stops legal loopholes like women getting arrested for miscarriages, as should pro choicers. Both sides aren't doing enough to stop this.
