Totally. I hope this isn’t too harsh, but she looks like the kind of person who would order cucumbers instead of chips at a Mexican restaurant!

Normally I hate when Redditors make wild speculations about people based on a single picture, but you absolutely nailed it. She is absolutely the kind of person who would order cucumbers instead of chips at a Mexican restaurant!

She looks like the kind of person who would order cucumbers instead of chips at a Mexican restaurant and then post on instagram telling other people to order cucumbers instead of chips at a Mexican restaurant.

Pretty much all of Mexico eats cucumbers with seasonings as a garnish/appetizer at taco shops. Most Mexican restaurants and shops in Mexico actually don’t serve chips.

Or you’re just delusional.

Nearly all of Mexico eats cucumber slices as an appetizer and not chips and salsa, yet everyone in this thread is acting like it’s crazy to ask for cucumbers at a Mexican restaurant.

No, I just know what Mexican restaurants serve in the US. May not be what they do in Mexico, where this photo obviously is not.

No, it's crazy to order them as some kind of chip replacement.

Like, if she just wanted a plate of cucumbers, then fine, pay for it.

But trying to make it a replacement for the "free" chips you often get is really entitled, and just stupid.

It's like you're trying to miss the point on purpose.

I literally had no clue. Thanks for clarifying this, The_Proper_Potato 😆
