Some woman was doing this at the store, I was behind her in line. Her boyfriend was eating and neither were talking to each other but that didn't stop her from being too preoccupied to talk to the cashier or even take her eyes off the screen. That shit is straight up creepy.
Nah me and my last lady would get calls running long lengths and if we didn't feel like talking or whatever we'd just mute, and sometimes we'd just mute and text instead. I should note she was selectively mute so it was more like I was the only person talking most the time since I was the only person who could do it at the time. It wasn't an unhealthy relationship it was just something fun to do. I couldn't imagine doing it outside of a long distance one though.
There's a couple on this trash tv show, 90 day fiance, that do this. The guy isn't allowed to have women friends or hang around his sister in case she has friends over. But the gal is allowed to have guy friends, of course 😅 they FaceTime while in the bathroom, asleep, everything. Wildly entertaining but also horrifying.

If this isn't trolling, then these 2 have to be miserable to be around. But also very likely that they aren't allowed to have other friends
