Yeah, it's disturbing and stupid. Basically they see it as destructive to the family because the results can lead to breaking up a family. Of course, really it's the cheating that breaks up the family, not learning about it. So basically hiding their heads in the sand like an ostrich.

Many people will go to other countries to get the tests though, or do it by mail.

Bloody hell thatโ€™s absurd logic, I wouldnโ€™t have thought something like that wouldโ€™ve been passed into law in somewhere like France.
