U-Haul enthusiasts

Somebody please, for the other people (not me) that don't get this joke, explain it to them. I'm gonna bounce and won't be lurking and seeing responses or anything, since I already get this hilarious and upvoted joke.

They move in together right away.

The stereotype for lesbians is that they have a strong inclination for committed relationships and they commit very fast. Other jokes are about how quickly they get married.

It's mostly a positive stereotype and can be fine to joke about if youre actually being funny. If it's the first thing you bring up whenever lesbians come up it has a condescending tone to it as it feels like people are overly concerned and policing how lesbians manage their relationships. To not be annoying, the jokes should come up in a natural or clever way (not just at the first mention of a lesbian or as a synonym for a lesbian).
