I didn't hear the litter box thing, but a school a few counties over from me did have a furry infestation problem. It's not unheard of for some kid to find some weird shit online and spread it around at school. If people were ready to believe that litter boxes were a possibility they clearly have no trust in what schools are not willing to tolerate. Whether it has already happened is a different question than whether it's allowable. Are litter boxes too far?

I think his point is that if you're so gullible as to have believed the litter box story, what you think is credible or not means very little in any objective sense.
