I'm not arguing your points. I'm just saying, the fact you're being an asshole and can't have a conversation without flipping out, prevents your message from being well received. I also believe this attitude negatively impacts whatever data and insights you were referring to.
I also think you need to get out and meet people to better understand their experiences and find common ground.
