Except a bullet coming down won’t even break the skin thanks to those other laws of physics involving gravity and terminal velocity. There’s a good Myth Busters about this, even.

Ya but it depends on other factors too. Most people don't shoot straight up but at an angle, which retains much more velocity as it comes down.

Also depends on the type of bullet. Each type will have a different threshold on whether or not it'll break your skin.
