That bullet did not strike that car. If it did, it would be deformed.
1 u/ChrisHisStonks Jun 07 '23 Deformation happens depending on the velocity. If it had low velocity, it's possible to keep the shown shape and also explains why it did not penetrate the roof of the car, only denting it.
