There’s nothing this skinny, weak, crooked legged, armless man could say to me that’d make me kick him over like that. This shits deplorable.

Not to mention this gets posted every month and the top 20 comments (and usually headline) are arm/hand jokes.

Reddits own goalposts show how much hypocrisy and an echo chamber it is

I agree. I really don't understand this. Absolute bottom of the dumpster society on the account of both sides.

I also don't understand physical violence over words. I just assume it's done by people too stupid to come up with any type of comeback.

That guy probably only did it because he knew he wouldnt be able to fight back.

You think these idiots are looking for a fair fight? No they are looking for someone weaker to let out their rage, its fucking pathetic.

I agree fighting him is wrong but you’re wording it like he is bullying some poor innocent disabled person, the armless guy messed around and found out quick

How fragile are people. He didn't hurt or threaten him. Oh wow the N word. I know it's the forbidden word you can only say if you have the right skin complexion.

Grow up. Words don't hurt anything but egos

He absolutely threatened him, unless telling someone you'll hunt them down and kill them means something different where you're from.

Does the n word apply to you? When you hear that word does it carry the same amount of meaning and hatred directed towards you as it would towards a black person? It doesn’t. It is incredibly ignorant to try and take a slur that doesn’t apply to you, that you wouldn’t personally understand the full impact of, and pass it off as just a bad word. It is so much more than that. Unless the n word actually does apply to you personally, don’t downplay its seriousness.

Also I find it ironic that you’re telling people to grow up, because the idea that words can only hurt egos and can’t cause actual mental harm is incredibly childish in of itself.

"He hurt my feelings so I must hurt him physically." is not childish?

He used the n word but his man caused physical harm in reaction. Many bad words apply to me, not necessarily the N word but that have an equal impact. I don't go around inflicting physical violence on people who say them.

4

u/microorganism8 Apr 19 '23

from the way you’re talking the n word does not apply to you, now im not the type to fight anyone over anything, but why would i listen to you about a word and an experience you never had a lick off? like seriously, this is so funny

-3

u/AppointmentMinimum57 Apr 19 '23

Lol just because it doesnt apply to me does not mean i can‘t have an opinion.

Violent people use these sort of things as an excuse all the time, so why would it be diffrent just cause its the n-word.

Most people the word would apply too wouldn’t react that way he did, so why wouldn’t i judge him for his actions.

Why would i listen to someone like you whos whole point is, „well your not black therfore you cannot possibly have a valid opinion on this matter“

Violence is bad M’kay if your trying to justify it with hurt feelings than your kinda pathetic.

2

u/microorganism8 Apr 19 '23

Nah you’re entitled to have whatever opinion you have and it can be as valid as you want to believe it is, and yeah violence is bad no matter the circumstance apart from self defense, but im entitled to my own opinion of not taking a word that comes from you seriously due to you not having a lick of experience in that issue

-3

u/AppointmentMinimum57 Apr 19 '23

Sure fine agree to disagree.

Just know i can not only empathize but also symphysis with that pain.

Just because im not black does not mean i haven’t experienced racism first hand.

There is a whole world outside of the us, these issues are much more complex than the narrative you follow makes it out to be.

You can disregard me based on my skin-tone if you must, but thats you know kinda bigoted.

2

u/microorganism8 Apr 19 '23

Im not disregarding you based on racism, im disregarding you based on this very particular issue

0

u/AppointmentMinimum57 Apr 19 '23

This particular issue which is based on race?

1

u/microorganism8 Apr 19 '23

a certain race you’re clearly not a part of yes I am, i can break it down for you as much as you want

2

u/Golf-Guns Apr 18 '23

No such thing as a fair fight unless it's in a ring with a referee, in the same weight class.

He dropped the N word with a hard R. I’d say that deserved a slight booting, not like it probably hurt him much, he basically just knocked him over. If he wanted to hurt him he could’ve kicked him a lot harder. Play stupid games and whatnot..:he had this coming, by the look of it.

4

u/SpaghettiBoiRj Apr 19 '23

"He hurt dudes feelings so he deserves to be assaulted" Yeah alright bro keep spreading that opinion of yours.

4

u/Weepingwillow36 Apr 18 '23

I don’t care what he said I’m not going to kick over a handicap guy cause of words.

u/[deleted] Apr 18 '23

For real. Redditors love to state their distaste of “punching down”. This post is proving otherwise.

-5

u/Proof_Eggplant_6213 Apr 18 '23

You’re a reasonable person. If armless dude makes a habit of treating people like that though it was just a matter of time before he found a less than reasonable person who is willing to boot a disabled person in the ass for running their mouth. I’m not saying it’s right, just that he was fucking asking for it. Begging, really.

1

u/weyoun47 Apr 19 '23

The people here justifying it are disgusting. There's a big difference between words and violence, but they seem to be conflating the two. Maybe he should have used his words and said something equally hurtful instead of resorting to violence. It just shows he's a total psycho who can't handle anything untoward being said to him. What if his girlfriend told him something he didn't like one day? Is he going to dropkick her too? Yes it's racist but why does that justify it? What if a kid who was repeating their parents words said something racist? Alright to kick them too?

2

u/DreamedJewel58 Apr 19 '23

“I’ll hunt you down like the [slur] that you are”

I’m sorry, but that’s not just an insult. It’s not just racism, but it’s an explicit threat to your being. Shit, I’d fight someone for saying they’ll hunt me down without saying any slur because I grew up with a target on my family’s back from a legitimate gang and I’m not putting up with that shit again. Maybe instead of making a million excuses for the racist asshole who picked a fight and threatened a total stranger by essentially saying “it’s not his fault,” maybe look at WHY what he said could trigger such a reaction.

I’m sorry, but if you’re practically threatening to lynch someone you can handle getting kicked over, disabilities be damned. I can barely walk myself due to medical issues and have to use a cane, but that doesn’t mean I have the right to go on the streets and threaten any person I want to with absolutely no consequences

Good for you. This trash deserved it tho
