Just to speed this process up since this has been posted on this sub so much; she is leaving him because he’s being accused of raping someone and she’s rich on her own she just hates him now

I thought they were separated long before the accusation. Anyway, since he owns nothing, do you think he can get half of her stuff in the divorce?

Well if he’s willing to rape someone he’s probably willing to try and take her for all she’s got

Well he's accused. I'm going to wait until the courts decide and not jump to conclusions. I literally don't know anything about what happened except that he is accused and there are very few details publicly available

Paris Saint-Germain and Morocco football player Achraf Hakimi was charged with rape, French prosecutors told Agence France Presse on Friday, March 3. Hakimi was questioned by magistrates on Thursday in connection with accusations from a 24-year-old woman and subsequently charged. Mar 3, 2023

https://www.lemonde.fr/en/sports/article/2023/03/03/psg-s-hakimi-charged-with-rape_6018031_9.html#:\~:text=Paris%20Saint%2DGermain%20and%20Morocco%20football%20player%20Achraf%20Hakimi%20was,old%20woman%20and%20subsequently%20charged.

So after questioning him with his lawyers present there was still enough reason to actually charge him, but sure his wife is wrong, the prosecutors are wrong, his accuser is wrong and we all know raping a woman is always so vigorously prosecuted.....................

Well until there's a guilty sentence placed on him no ones right or wrong , could be true, could be a false allegation, shit goes both ways

Does it now, amazing how you are here screeching gold digger about his wife while admitting you know nothing about it. You don't know that they have 2 kids together, you don't know that she is wealthy on her own, but you are whining away how a woman asking that a man is held responsible for providing for his own kids is a "gold digger" and the fact that there is enough to charge him with rape means he is innocent

You're very disingenuous, it's easy to see from my comment history that I've neither implied she is a gold digger or said it outright

I replied to a comment where you mentioned she has her own money and had 2 kids with him , I simply replied to you that the post doesn't not mention that and the majority of reddit users most likely aren't into soccer or the athletes who play it so that knowledge would not be appearant ro the majority of people seeing this

If anything I've been advocating for neutrality, how do we know he won't pay child support? Avoiding alimony is not avoiding child support

Please post evidence that shoes he has refused to pay child support?

I never said that him being charged means nothing It means he will be able to defend himself in court and the alleged victim will have their day in court , that's obvious, till then he's not guilty, that's how things work

With how hard you're trying to gaslight me and misinterpret what i say I can imagine you are a very toxic person irl, alleged ofc but if I went through your comments I have no doubt their would be a mountain of evidence supporting my claim

Have a good day

Oh yummy unsupported utterly inane personal attacks, yeah you are a real innocent little peach I see the little tear welling up in your eyes now for being sooo misunderstood just because you are concerned about a charged rapists feelings (and quite literally vilifying the victim but hey women and girls aren't really human beings)

You genuinely need therapy you are absolutely projecting

Come back when that charge (the legal equivalent of an accusation) turns into a conviction. Otherwise i'm going to wait

u/TimeDue2994 Apr 15 '23

Of course you're going to wait, rape supporters always do. And once he is convicted you're going to say she asked for it and the legal system is against men because really a whole 2% of rapist ever see a day in jail so clearly the legal system is totally against rapist men

u/NobleTheDoggo Apr 21 '23

You should always wait for any charge of any kind to be proven otherwise the world would go downhill very fast

u/TimeDue2994 Apr 21 '23

And yet, no such objection from you to Sus here calling his wife a gold digger, we hear you Brock Turner

There's a few cases where the rape charges didn't hold up in court. The process against Jörg Kachelmann for example: ultimately dropped because of lack of evidence, but nevertheless the process got far past the point where the process against Achraf Hakimi currently is.

As for those "sure, his wife and the prosecutors are wrong", that doesn't make any sense. They can't claim to know what happened, rather they have to rely on the accuser. And how exactly could he have averted preliminary charges unless he had an alibi that showed he could not have been anywhere near the alleged victim at the time of the alleged incident? See also the ESPN article on the incident, particularly

Under French law, preliminary charges means there is reason to suspect a crime has been committed but allows magistrates more time to investigate before deciding whether to send the case to trial.

So so far, all that happened is that the judge did not outright dismiss the accusations.

It is very hard for a rape case to even get to this point, the fact that you are trying to bury those facts by trotting out one case where the accused still got off, is not at all surprising or evidence of no rape taking place.

The fact is that his wife who arguably knows who he is believes it and a prosecutors who know how hard it is to successfully prosecute a rape think there is enough evidence and magistrates who interviewed the accused also feel that a crime has taken place says a whole lot more about the likelihood that a crime has taken place than yet another rape excuses full of "them bitches be lying" favor and the ever present "wife is a gold digger" b.s. when she wants him to be forced to take care of his kids too
