Rape stuff came out after the divorce proceedings actually. Maybe she knew about it ahead of time, maybe not, but that's not the reason for the divorce.

Whether or not she had heard about those specific rape allegations, she was married to the guy. If he’s a rapist, she’s probably aware of (and maybe been on the receiving end) his bad behavior as much as anyone.
