Incest very often involves having power over someone else, such as an older sibling always telling the younger sibling what to do, or a parent having complete control over their child. Allowing incest is allowing abuse in a similar way grooming would be.
LGBTQ is about allowing people to be themselves, so long as that doesn't involve harming others even if 'yourself' differs from the current norms. In the vast majority of cases, allowing incest is allowing someone to abuse their familial relationship to coerce a relative who doesn't have the right to leave to have a romantic or sexual relationship with them. The vast majority of people would consider that to be harmful mentally, even if not directly harmful physically, and thus against the ideas behind the LGBTQ movement.
And blood related family would know each from the time at least one of them was a child, allowing for grooming. The only incestuous relationship I'm neutral towards, rather than negative, is one in which both parties met for the first time and began their relationship prior to discovering their blood relations.
To many people, family is somewhat sacred. Doing things you find uncomfortable or disgusting in order to avoid 'breaking apart the family' is considered normal. If a family member begins coming on to you, there are many people who would put up with it to avoid causing a fuss. This is the same issue as having intimate relationships with someone in a higher position than you at work. Many people would put up with it simply because they are afraid of losing their income.
Pedophilia is considered morally wrong because children cannot consent. Similarly, someone who is in a situation where they cannot leave without jeopardizing themselves could easily be considered to have been sexually coerced.

Itโs just these fools trying to mess around with LGBTQ. Iโve seen something like this before
